I don't know what your apologising for Emm, but i chose Elvis by a long shot. The beatles are crap and the only reason they were popular was because their main rivals were Jerry and the Pacemakers and also somebody shot John Lennon. You have to admit that they're music wasent that good, especially compared to the King.

Well I would have to dissagre, I think that the Beatles were a lot better (not that I know much of elvis' stuff). And Talking of competition I don't really think tha elvis had much at all either, if any.
Interesting topic though.

nat reckons elvis, i no josh would also say elvis (i dont think any of u have seen his elvis impressions have u??) but im not sure.elvis did lotsa good rocky songs (panto quote) BUT then the beatles did plenty of good songs as well.can i say theyre both good and not really make a decision between the 2?

My mum says that she prefers Elvis because the Beatles just sang about Liverpool, whereas Elvis sang about wooden hearts.
